Radiator
The exothermic radiator meant the component which can be obtained the most difficultly in the course of the building of the water cooling. I was looking for something the parts of which being in contact with water are made of copper. The price was not a negligible viewpoint. Finally one was made of yellow brass totally, Zsuk I managed to obtain a heater radiator one auto splitting through enough fair prices.
On the second picture visible, that on more place scratched the pipes of the radiator, how I shall see it really they are made of copper. Upon seeing the greyish, metallic colour first megilyedtem, i thought I blundered. But it turned out afterwards that it is necessary to dig it onto even deeper one only that let me stumble upon the precious metal.
Rather amortized the radiator got in a state to me. An a little bit cute one was needed to beat. It deviated lamellae straightened out, I cleaned it from outside. The undermentioned picture shows a somewhat friendlier picture already:
It was necessary to clean the radiator thoroughly from within. First flat, with boiling water repeatedly rinsed. Then the same operation boiling, I did it with triso water. Is afraid sometimes I let the alkaline water stand for clocks in the radiator. I did at least twenty rinses by the time I awarded it to one with acceptable cleanness poured out water from the radiator. I washed it with clear lukewarm water finally the triso water from him.
It was necessary to put reducing elements on to the stumps of the radiator. 16 milimetre diameter yellow brass from a pole I had new stumps lathed, which ones keményforrasztással I fixed it to the radiator.
